At BioTecNika Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BioTecNika account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization number is clearly included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
